Q:Hi! We ordered 3 mirrors the 48x72. They are great! The first 2 went up perfectly, the 3rd shattered as we lifted it out of the box!We did the same procedure with all three and the first 2 went up without a problem, is it possible to get a replacement?

Parts needed to install mirror were not included with either mirror track was covered in plastic film that interacted with glue and melted and simply wouldn’t come off had to work for hours one whole can of mineral spirits and goof off company called and
Parts missing company called expressed regrets ask for photos never heard from them again glue all over tracks would not come off afraid to use them as I thought the glue with and smear all over the mirrors and wouldn’t come off of them company no help

Pretty terrible quality. I wish I listened to the reviews of the other ratings. I bought two of these 4ftx6ft mirrors- which cost over $1000. The first mirror was warped vertically, and the second mirror was bad enough to make it look like a funhouse mirror. These were going to be used for a studio/gym space and it seem pointless now, since both mirrors do not represent real life. I regret my purchases and wish I had done more thorough research. This product comes from China, and likely does not ship across the ocean well. It should be not be sold by Home Depot at all as it represents quality no big box store wants to deal with. Returning these (after installation) is the biggest headache I've ever had to deal with. The defects in the mirror are not noticeable 2-3 feet away from the mirror. Only when you are 6-10 feet away does it become really bad.

We ordered two for a long wall, installed side by side. One was 1/2" longer and had a defect in the polish running up the center of the mirror, which I didn't notice until after installing it and disposing of the packaging.

Distorted and missing adequate hardware
I bought 8 of these mirrors for my fitness studio and I’m super disappointed. Missing hardware that would actually support the weight and the mirrors flex so it distorts the image and doesn’t allow you to line them up for a fluid image. Right now I’m stuck with them but to say I’m beyond frustrated for the price would be an understatement. Once I’m able to make the money back I’ll be hiring a professional company.
