if you buy it you might as well connect it, the heater do tend to break down over time, which becomes less efficient and more money going out of your pocket.

What size breaker will this need? I understand it will have to be a double pole to get 240v but how many amps? 15, 20?
Asked by: Mike
I Just answered my own question. The amp output of each utility needs to be added up and multiplied by 125% to determine the breaker size. In this case, a 15 amp double pole is more than adequate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Bought this heater to replace an older unit and was disappointed in the lack of quality. Wiring instructions are useless. The hole punch outs that allow you to mount to wall were impossible to get to because they are tucked under another piece of metal. The access panel for wires is difficult to put back on because the holes don’t line up. Had to bend the panel in order to reattach it.

It's a bit tricky to get it screwed to the wall. There should be better knock outs for the screws. So far so good! It's installed and looks great, turns on and heats up. I cannot attest to the overall performance since it's 80+ degrees here right now.
