Radon level dropped from 23 pci/L to 2 pci/L in 8 hours. I used a Corentium radon monitor for the measurements. Fan is quite. Most of our home was built over an unaccessible dirt crawlspace. But one floor suction location in the lowest part of the accessible basement solved the radon problem. Note in the pictures the ground was sandy and rocky. It took me about 30 minutes to drill through the floor with a small Hitachi hammer drill.

Old fan (Fantech) was getting a little noisy. So as a preventative measure I replaced it. Fantech is very reliable and I will not use any other brand. The fan slipped right into the old fittings and now running quietly in my utility room.
