          Great coffee pot except for the broken glass top
          I received this Percolator in perfect condition except for the glass top, it looks like someone overtighten it at the factory, I didn't get a change to make a pot of coffee, I was afraid the glass would shatter into the pot. It built well, 8 cups is plenty for me. I tried to call customer service about the glass top but I was on hold for over 20 minutes and hung up. I when online & processed a warranty claim, we'll see how long that takes. The Farberware website mentions searching online for a replacement glass top, which I found and it fits perfectly and looks better than the original. Search online for "Tops Mfg Fitz-All Replacement Percolator Top, Glass, 13/16-Inch to 1-1/2-Inch", see pictures of the original broken glass top versus the new top.

              10/2022,They must have fixed Top Issue, Nice Perc!
              Bought model #47053, 12 cup for stovetop brewing. Makes excellent coffee. My percolator came with a GLASS TOP KNOB, it's stout! Very pleased with purchase and lifetime warranty is nice as well.

                Farberware percolator big fan
                I have owned 4,8 &12 cup pots for 45 years Love them. My new 12 cup makes a clicking type sound while plugged in. I returned and replaced it but new one does as well. Is this ok?

                  Love my coffee!!! Do not like the KNOB
                  I always loved the coffee my friend made in her Farberware Percolator, and after visiting her earlier this year, decided to buy one for myself and brew coffee the way it was intended to be brewed..the coffee brewed is delicious. However, I haven't been able to brew any since the KNOB (not sure if it's glass or some type of plastic) broke off in my hand when I was removing the lid. I just made a warranty claim and hope that Farberware addresses this issue (seems to be a problem mentioned in many other reviews). Overall 5 stars for coffee quality - 1 star for pot quality - averaging to 3 stars

                    After one use the plastic top broke in half

                      This is one of many coffee pots that I have purchased as I have always made my coffee on the stove. I’m a little disappointed because when I open the packaging the spring on the stem with the basket is missing. How do I get a replacement?
