Don't recommend this product
Doesn't work as it says in the instruction. Water blows through the side of the lid and the pressure valve. Tried putting less water to see if that would make a difference but still the same issues.

Fast food
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great way to make a fast easy delicious dinner in one pot. Meat coming out of this crock pot is so flavorful and tender. My roast was melt in your mouth delicious. It's easy to use. I did read the directions each time when I used it the first couple of times, just because I didn't want to mess it up. Clean up was easy and everything washed up nice.

I'm getting used to it...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I steamed about two cups of fresh broccoli in this pressure cooker. At first, the directions where a little confusing when locking the lid but I got the hang of it. You have to put the parts of the lid together except the knob. Then fill it up with the ingredients you're cooking and lock the lid by turning it clockwise. Next, turn on the heat and lock the knob on top of it. Once the food is done, wait until the pressure indicator pin is down (meaning the pressure is released) and open it. I ended up adding too much water and the broccoli became sorta mushy (or I may have cooked them too long). This pressure cooker will take some adjustments and getting used to but it definitely works. It's very lightweight as well.

Best little cookware

I RUINED MY FOOD
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to receive this pressure cooker, as I've never used one before. When I saw I could do veggies, I was even more thrilled. My excitement quickly turned to confusion and fear. The directions in the "recipe book" were not clear at all on the veggies. My pot was easy to clean the first time, but I did learn quickly that I didn't even receive the wire trivet that was supposed to come with it. I bumbled and fumbled through doing some broccoli in it and completely made a mess of it. The fear that the pot would explode at any given time is an anxiety I have no desire to experience again. I will let my husband try our next attempt at this, as I'm sure I'm just doing something wrong. He's never used one either and it was next to impossible to find any clear instructions for a newbie, but he has less fear of kitchenware than I do.

Simple design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Farberware pressure cooker is my first pressure cooker. I was scared to try it, but it's very simple to use. I have three active kids, so the time I saved by using this has been very helpful. The lid locks on easy too. So far, I've only done pulled pork, rice, and applesauce. I can't wait to try more.

Good product

The lid catches to lock the lid down were hard to find their place before closing it for the pressure. I made a beef stew with potatoes and carrots. It was ready to eat in 20 minutes.
