Wood good, Pack / Ship BAD

So wood is good, pack/ship bad. Buy 2 boxes.1 Rec mint. The other was repacked into huge box. So when got home had to take out and repack as was just thrown in like someone dumped a huge box of toothpicks into a large box. So thought wonder if there was any loss. Weighed the first pristine box = 26.2 lbs spot on considering the box was about 1lb. Now to the huge box of thrown in mess. Weighed that and even with a bigger box came out to 21.6 lbs. So there's close to 20% missing from the 2nd box.
