    A:  It may but I've seen dogs that'll get shocked and keep going. Suggest using 3 wire perimeter with a center wire and earth ground. Or durring warm weather a motion activated water sprayer does well.

    A:  Yes it would. All you need is an energizer, grounding rod, posts, and connection wires to complete the system. My system works great keeping deer out of my garden. Tested the fence my self and was surprised by the strong charge.

      A:  I wouldn't use this aluminum for crafts. The wire discolors and rubs off on everything.

        A:  I would say you can use it for crafts. But I wouldn't use it for jewelry! It is aluminum (Al) not silver (Ag).
