This style features a synthetic upper with a slip resistant designed outsole with a steel toe for protection. The Fila Memory Work shift SR ST has a padded tongue and collar with a Memory Foam sock liner and EVA midsole which helps with support and comfort. This was tested in accordance with the applicable industry standards, including ASTM F2913-11. This shoe meets or exceeds ASTM F2413 I75 C75 impact and compression ratings.

I've been relying on these shoes for about 5 years...
I've been relying on these shoes for about 5 years now. I always pick up multiples and since they have time (a day, at least) between wearings, they have time to dry out from a hard day's work. The roughened floor material at my work eats non-slip treds like snacks, but as long as you don't drag your feet, these last for about two years. Maybe three. All other non-slips that I've tried go for maybe 6 months, max. I haven't managed to break the steel toes, themselves, yet. I usually replace the stock insoles in about 6 months, and then the shoe laces about 4 times before the treds/shoes finally die.

Nothing but pure comfort
I use to own a pair of Fila’s as a kid. Glad they made a comeback in the shoe industry. Just bought a pair and these are nothing but pure comfort. I do find the wide version of this shoe to be more fitting to people with wider or bigger size feet. But all in all I’d give this shoe 5 stars.
