Two things I really like about this fixture, are 1), it takes up to 3-100w bulbs (so it can be VERY bright), which sets it apart from most other fixtures, and 2), the assortment of different-sized downrod pieces that come with it. It has 3x12 in. + 1x6 in. + 1x3 in. rods, so you can really get your length just right for your setting. The 3 in. link in particular gives you precise flexibility.
Not sure how I missed this, but this fixture is BIG...24” wide by almost 12” tall (get your tape measure out)...it's a real presence, similar to a small ceiling fan, & about 50% bigger than I expected based on the web pics...my mistake. It is a very lightweight fixture. There is a fabric diffuser that installs & rests on the bottom of the shade, similar fabric to the shade. Instructions are a little incomplete, they don't say how, assuming you just push it in? The shade with the 100w bulbs creates a very bright 'glow' in your chosen setting when lit, very nice. And the brushed nickel finish is more like a brushed stainless, it has a little shine to it.

The style is a simple modern look. I placed this light above a dining room table and it is such a nice size. The pendant is lightweight and easy to install. The five rods provided come in varied lengths so I was able to have several options available to select the best distance between the ceiling and the table. The three 100 maximum watt bulbs add a delightful brightness to the room.

The Filament Design Kindra 3-Light Brushed Nickel Modern Pendant with White Linen Fabric Shade is a very cool looking product that is stylish and unique! The light fixture itself is relatively easy to design but I would advise having a second person to help you when working. One feature that sets this product out from the rest is that it is dimmable compatible which is a huge plus. My only concern would be using this fixture in the kitchen because the shade is fabric. We have installed this product in our landing area and it provides a great source of light.
