How do we hook it to filter
Asked by Grandma April 8, 2018My 1st disappointment... My packages didn’t come with the usual ‘S’ hook that is supposed to be included either... luckily I had one in my ‘junk drawer’. My 2nd disappointment was this: I put mine directly hanging from the AC filter at the intake and I was only able to smell them for 2 days at the most, then nothing more at all... I was very disappointed because I had purchased approx 10-12 of them in the cinnamon scent and the tropical scent... with high hopes that these would make my entire house smell lovely. Sadly, that didn’t happen.

Asked by Mike April 2, 2016Hi Mike, I have used these in the past and the way to install them is you put the filter in first then with the S hook you'd install the filter fresh air freshener.

what holds it on filter
Asked by bearcat October 3, 2015There is supposed to be an ‘S’ hook in the package... unfortunately mine did not come with it and I had a spare in my ‘junk drawer’. You could try using a zip tie if you do not have an ‘S’ hook... possibly.
