A:  I have found that sometimes the way the dishwasher is loaded will block the sprayer nozzle that directs water towards the tablet and it doesn’t get washed out.

A:  Yes you must unwrap but the FINISH product is garbage that leaves a residue on your glasses and coats the inside of your dishwasher.
