Missing part, no one would answer telephone listed on paperwork ( even though it was within the t...
Missing part, no one would answer telephone listed on paperwork ( even though it was within the time frame) and their message aside it was not their business hours. Holes did not line up on the one of two chairs I was able to put together. It took more than an hour to put together and was incredibly hard to do so. Still waiting to hear back on missing part that should have been in the box and some "warranty" so that I can put the second chair together.
