AnswersPurchased for my wife as Xmas gift. She absolutely loved it, until we put new batteries in it just to have seconds "tick", but no movement of the arms. It's stuck in time and so is the availability of a new one. Company responded to my email right away, but nothing they can do as product is out of stock until mid March.

Overall I am very happy with this purchase. The clock was on sale and I don't know if I would pay the regular price for it.
I would be happier if the hands were a different design and color. The clock is rustic and "matte" in finish and then they added fancy, gloss back hands,
I think they could have done better.
