Asked by: lp
This is a visual signal device only, but it must be connected to a traditional audible alarm as well.

It kept chirping so i figured i needed to change the battery.i did and then maybe5minutes later all five of them stared

Going off and i could not get them to stop.i had to take it down.then take the smoke detector down.I'm sure it woke the entire neighborhood up.it was at 1.30am.so was it because i changed the battery? I'm lost and was a little nervous but i couldn't let it keep going off.HELP

Customer Reviews

Hardwired Smart Strobe Signaling Device is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best strobe light for Deaf individuals. The state of California requires every home to have a fire/smoke alarm. The problem is the companies Do not make these alarms accessible for deaf individuals. So as always we deaf people have to spend extra money to get an alarm with lights. I like my new lights but feel that the company's who make these are not thinking of people who can not hear the alarms thus creating an extra expense of having to buy a strobe light in addition to the common smoke alarm.
