Can I use this to cut live powerlines?

Can I use this to cut live powerlines?
Asked by: imatoole
While the rope is non-conducting and the lower handle is likely the same, I suspect that using this tool to cut a live power line could easily be fatal. It's totally not worth the risk!

How big of branches does the blade cut?

Asked by: Anonymous
Spent 2hr working on some large branches. Tackled a few 6-8 inch ones and went up to 12inches. Takes an exceeding long period of time with the large ones but doable. Slow and steady. Splitting can be a problem because undercutting is very hard. Surprisingly good tool.

what is the best way to store this? should the blade be removed? Better yet - is there a sheath to cover it - seems a bit dangerous to prop against a wall even in a holder.
Asked by: Treesa
You loosen and swing the blade in and tighten.
