  • Specialized design makes pruning more comfortable for users with medium to large hands
  • Razor-sharp, precision-ground blade cuts with less resistance than thicker blades and stays sharp for lasting value

Came in handy when I needed to prune some hedges and my older pruners finally gave in. Fairly comfortable grip. Not particularly fond of the bypass style, however only one available for a reasonable cost. Will update after more use as it's only been a week with limited use.

Good for the money
Cutters are good for the money but not the best. Soft grip is nice. After a few cuts I got a very small roll on the blade that was causing the two blades to catch on each other. Forced the blades pass each other and then they work great.

Another quality product by Fiskars. Handles feel good, though they are a little long for my smaller hands. They're super sharp and get into the tight spaces of a Boston fern.

    Very nice and good pruner
First time I started using this pruner I thought I got some bad product. After very first cut the blades stayed in closed position and did not want to open without my help. But few drops of oil fixed the problem and pruner works fine since (few weeks). With hardened steel blade I used this pruner a lot around the garden pruning thin dead wooden rhododendron and azalea twigs, non wooden thick stems like butterfly plant and also thin ends of bamboo supports in my veggie garden; all without any signs of “wear and tear” on pruner. Blades stayed same sharp like on the first day. Sliding lock easily locks and unlocks blade into open working position. Very strong “spring” powering pruner is partially built in handles so it cannot fall out as it was happening with older type of pruners where all spring was exposed. What manufacturer calls softgrip touch points I would call non slip surface. It has bright orange color and makes pruner to be well visible (easy to find). The pruner feels comfortably in the hand, the cutting action is smooth thanks to low-friction coating of blades. Fiskars offers full Lifetime warranty for product to be free of defects in material workmanship, for details see picture No 4.

    Very solid pruners!!!
This is a great pruner! very sharp! Able to cut through any stem or branch with in reason. Very solid construction with a great feel. I always carry the pruners when I am mowing. Very nice to grab & trim while I am working. I have had lesser quality brands and styles. This pair is built to last & stand up to everyday use. I would strongly recommend to anyone that is serious about yard work and gardening!!

Clean Cuts and Easy On Your Hand
This large pruner with the soft grip are great to work with. I used these as soon as I received them. My old ones kept locking on their own and that does not happen with these ones. I love the soft grip handles which are so easy on your hand, especially if you are doing a lot of pruning. They cut with ease like knife going through butter. These pruners are so versatile where you can cut different dimensions. I would definitely purchase these pruners.

    Comfortable
These are comfortable and well made, but may not be sharp enough for delicate plants, like roses. It does a very acceptable job on all of my deciduous bushes and trees. I'm dubious about the coiled tubular steel spring, but so far, so good.

Slices through stems and small branches
I recently pruned a crepe myrtle with these and they performed well easily being up to the task. Most of the branches were about half an inch or so. The non stick coating helped the blade slice through them quite effortlessly. The plastic handle is a little softer than those made of metal yet it still feels secure and comfortable. I especially like the placement of the lock on top of the handle which prevents you from accidentally engaging it while in use.
