Good but do have quirks..
These are my knock around pruners. I have others for more precision cutting. These stick some, flake off some of the blade coating and are a bit finicky but I still like them. They are sturdy and are good on weedy stalks and other narrow rough growth that needs to be eradicated from in between the proper bushes. I have not taken these apart for winter cleaning and adjustment yet as they are newer, but once I do they will be smoother to operate.

I purchased these Fiskars Pruners for around $10 for the purposes of pruning my Blueberry bushes, Rosemary, and a Rose bush among other plants around the property. They work well and have sliced through some fairly substantial twigs with ease. I'm happy with the purchase.

These pruners are very good. I am sure others would do the job when new, but I really trust Fiskars as I have two of the larger loppers and shears and they work very well. Now nice feature on the pruner is easy open close latch. You can't beat this for value.
