Good so Far
Just received it today and was a bit leery of the quality since I read it is mostly plastic and people have complained about the foot breaking. So, while it is plastic I think one would have to use it to uproot trees in order to break it. If used as intended it should be fine. I used it to remove several thistles from my lawn, and it got most out with the main root. Some broke off, but I hope enough root came out to keep the weed from regrowing. Overall, I am pleased with it.

Worked great for about 5 minutes, then broke
Did a fantastic job at pulling crabgrass, root and all. Made sure my soil was slightly moist for an easier pull. However, about 5 minutes after I started using it, the thin plastic on the ejector slide started to crack. If this device could withstand just a little bit of leverage it would be a perfect product. Unfortunately, the build quality is just so poor that I can’t recommend it to anyone.

junk weeder - save your money
We're aged seniors with a small lawn, and we really want to avoid bending over to do battle with dandelions. We managed to clear almost all of them, but then - snap - the sliding shaft that opens and closes the jaws broke. You'd could expect that the right angled foot lever would maybe break because that is where force is applied to pull the weed. But this shaft does just an up-down movement. Soft soil, shallow roots, no force needed. Good design, poor materials. $45 down the drain.

Broke on the first day!
Device broke in half the first few hours of use, excellent concept but extremely poorly constructed/cheap material.
when I attempted to process an RMA on Oct 18 i got a reply on Nov 2 asking for more photos, no hey sorry here's another one. Don't Buy!

Works so much better than spraying because there's no waiting for a couple of weeks while the weeds die and shrivel. The ground needs to be moist and free of rocks. We cleared hundreds of dandelions in much less time than last year and without the knee and back aches.

Took it out of the box and put it to work
I’ve only owned this device for half and hour and I love it. I’m not putting pressure on the plastic foot part because I read that it can break. So I was careful with it. It’s a great product!

Like so many others I saw this thing demonstrated on a YouTube. The first day I had it I was a weed pulling machine...until the plastic parts broke and turned in into a walking stick. Wonderful design. Maybe they should think about spending and extra nickel in manufacturing to save their brand.
I going to buy another one and keep all my packaging and receipts so I can return it every time the little lightweight part snaps.

Bought this product to help me get rid of some bigger clumps of weeds that grow in my yard, they aren't very thick (less than 1/4 an inch) and my ground is very pliable and damp... I started to use this product as directed (stick in the center of the weed to grip root, push down with your foot, bend the tool so the teeth clamp onto the weed, repeat), but for some reason these weeds didn't seem to be able to be gripped by the teeth, it would grab and then they would slide out and leave torn weeds in the ground. So about 5 minutes into this process, removing less than 2 weeds. Then it broke, in two places, when I finally got a good grip on a weed, using the tool as needed, apparently a 1/4 inch weed was too much for this tool.
