Q:How do I screw wheels into the base? The wheels don?t screw into anything so they just fall out when I put the base right side up to start setting up the chair. Tia!

A:  Hi Sarah. Thank you for asking about the Flash Furniture White Leather/Gold Frame Faux Leather Task Chair. I have this same model chair and understand the frustration with the wheels. There is a mechanism in the wheel shaft that clips the wheels in once they are inserted. You can set the chair up right and then sit in the chair. That should lock the casters in place.
