Our FlexScreen frame is 5/16" thick. All screens come with retention bumpers that allow FlexScreen to work in windows with narrow screen channels or windows without screen pockets.

Hello, Yes you can. When you’re choosing dimensions, the dropdowns are typically split into two parts: Whole inches (e.g., 24, 25, 30) Fractional inches (e.g., 1/8", 1/4", 1/2", 3/4") So instead of typing a measurement, you build it by selecting both pieces, for example: Width: 24 + 1/2" → 24 1/2 inches Height: 36 + 3/4" → 36 3/4 inches This ensures precision and avoids entry errors. Can you use these screens on doors?
It is highly dependent on the door frame type. It will need to have deep channels to fit the screen. We recommend using a FLEX-TENNA to measure to make sure it fits, which can be purchased from Home Depot as well. The head of the FLEX-TENNA is the same size as the FlexScreen frame, allowing you to know how much wiggle room the screen will have. Also, keep in mind, the largest screen we sell at Home Depot is 41 inches wide by 68 inches tall.

Are these magnetic? My window frames don't have the small gaps, so I'm worried that they're going to fall out. These types of windows are pretty common in NYC.
The screens are not magnetic. Every FLEXSCREEN is to come with a pack of 8 foam retention bumpers that can be used on the outer edges of the frame to help snug up the fit.
