The Royale Shower Surround Kit will fit openings up to 60 in. W x 36 in. D x 80 in. H and includes one 60 in. x 80 in. back wall panel, two 36 in. x 80 in. side panels, two 8 in. x 20 in. tub leg panels, one 3 in. x 60 in. back wall trim, two 3 in. x 96 in. mitered side wall trim, two 3 in. x 38 in. mitered top trim, one corner shelf and inside corner reinforcements. The kit also includes specially-formulated adhesive to adhere FlexStone panels directly to sheetrock, cement board or other backer board material and color-matched silicone to finish all joints in the final step of installation.

This replaced our gross tub shower. Spendy yes, but we are very happy with the result and after 3 months use it seems durable. It came by freight to our door. I'd recommend you pay for that. It's too big to fit in a pickup and heavy. It was SO much easier than doing tile and a custom shower pan and all the sealing behind that must be done. Just put up green board and you are ready. This kit works perfect to replace a standard shower tub. Note: I put in a bunch of effort getting the rough walls plumb and square which made install of the panels painless. They provide plenty of adhesive/ sealant. I used slightly less then they recommended and I didn't run out. Their videos and pdfs were very helpful. This only minus was a potentially show stopper issue with shower pan (see my review)

Corner trim suggestion

Home Depot Flexstone review:
This is a beautiful product. I feel it can be complicated to install. That stated first, however I will say Flexstone provides ample glue, caulking, and trim pieces.
I watched as my installer (very experienced plumber son) trimmed with a saw, while guiding the product for smooth and exact trimming. It is a precise cutting task that requires the ability to hold, guide, keeping level and straight as one cuts the edge to fit the never plumb walls. So, a helper and guiding table are special for this task.
Without that, I have a recommendation: premolded/formed corner material, same as the walls and trim, should be designed and included. This would provide forgiveness in any not so perfect cut edges.
Please see the pictures, as this the finished product with trim cut from the extra trim. It provides a smooth water proofing design. The hardware is made up of assist bar products (purchased at Home Depot). This shower accomodates mobility impaired homeowners.

It is fine, and our contractor had few issues with the install. The material flexes enough to accommodate minor variances in the structure. Time will tell if it will be easy to keep clean. My impression is that it will scratch and etch easily, so I will avoid letting it get grimy to avoid scrubbing with abrasives.

Shower walls look great. My walls weren’t straight so had to trim for that and a window. The edge trim really finishes it off and hides the fact my walls aren’t level.

This product is very poor quality, especially for the high price tag. Not at all worth the money. The panels are very thin and the finish is poor. This product looks cheap, feels cheap and the color Boticcino Cream was not what I expected. Returned it immediately and decided to tile instead.

I really love this shower wall. My husband installed it and he said it was very easy to work with. He was able to cut it with a utility knife (using several passes as instructed). It went up quickly and easily. It came with a protective film of plastic to protect it during installation which you just peel off when you're ready. We have an old house with uneven walls and ceiling and an old cast iron tub without feet that sits in the corner of the bathroom. The trim pieces hide the unevenness of the walls and we didn't have to use the 3rd panel since we only have two walls for the shower. The color matched caulk which is included matched very well too. I've used the shower for two weeks now and it's very durable and waterproof. It's beautiful and professional looking and really improved the look of the bathroom. If you're looking to update/repair your shower at a fraction of the cost of a professional, with a durable product and a professional look, I highly recommend this product.

Love our Royale shower wall surround in Calacatta white! When our plumber came in last week to install the shower arm and had to touch the walls to determine that it wasn't marble - I knew we had made the right choice. We have received several compliments from the sub-contractors - and hubby and I put the panels up! We watched the videos from Flexstone several times to be certain we were doing things correctly, and took our time. Results are awesome!

I absolutely LOOOOOOVE this!! It's beautiful, and functional. My contractors were able to remove my old shower/tub unit and install this one in the same day. I was able to use the shower the next day when the caulking dried. I think it is just as nice as tile, without the hassle, days of installation and upkeep on the grout. I would definitely recommend this product.
