You rotate the top flange marked more / less.
Wipe around the where it covers the water outlet. Sometimes stuff builds up on there. You may need a different one. However this one should work.
I believe it would. My toilet is a Koehler and it was a perfect fit.
Easy to install and works great
Don't know. However, take out or look at the one you presently have installed and check what size it is. That's what I did. I needed a 3" and this one fit perfectly.
I just sat over the exposed back basin of the toilet with a phillips head screw driver and made very minor adjustments to the screws on the inlet pump. Then I clipped the plastic off the flush handle innards in the water basin. That way as the flap descended it would not catch anything on the way down and restrict the toilet from stopping when needed.
I used it on an American Standard worked fine. I would guess if it is similar in design, should work.
The most common solution for your situation is to replace the flapper. As the flapper ages the material it is made of can disintegrate causing it become distorted and not to seal correctly on the tank discharge valve. You may also try lifting the flapper valve and looking for an obstruction that would cause the flapper not to seal properly.
