A: I don't see what this has to do with a Reinforced wax toilet bowl gasket made for a toilet base. The question you asked for shower, if you changed the diverter valve in shower, may be upside down. Or you may have the wrong model diverter valve for your shower valve check the package to make sure it fits your shower and then orientation of the valve again if it is the correct replacement part.
A: I think u have to change both in valve I had the same problem
A: Nick, You should have it unless one of two things: 1) hot water line is not properly installed in your shower mixer hoot water line side, or 2) shower water mixer is clogged itself and needs re-installation. A: CALL A PLUMBER
A: check that the faucet knob it connected correctly and the valve works properly. If not, you may need a new valve.
A: Yes, it comes with a flange.
A: No it does not. you will have to purchase that seperately
A: yes i rebuilt the flange
A: The kit is complete with new johnny bolts
A: You will need to purchase that flange. The wax ring has a flange built into it to help guide the toilet on the center of the flange hole.
A: The Reinforced Wax Toilet Bowl Gasket with Flange and Bolts will have everything you need to reattach a toilet to the floor and seal against the sewer flange. Fluidmaster does recommend using the right amount of wax. To ensure the right amount of wax is used measure the floor depth along with the bowl recess in order to determine if you need a standard wax or a wax that is extra thick..The toilet bowl should sit level on the floor, if the bowl rocks or is uneven on the floor you may want to have some shims available to stabalizre the bowl to the floor. Shims are sold seperately.
A: No you dont need to make any additional purchases with this item.
A: No. Just put it on and turn over the toilet to fit the flange.
A: None at all.
A: No, everything you need to secure toilet to flange is in box. You will however need a water supply line thou.
A: Nope. It was complete in the package.
A: A extra pair of STRONG arms.
A: Maybe some all purpose sealer for around the base of toilet where it meets the bathroom floor.
A: It came with everything needed. A spatula to remove the old was would have been nice.
A: No. The Kit Contains all basic hardware to install the toilet bowl to the floor but, you may want to create a good seal and lock of the toilet bowl foot to the floor. Just mark the toilet bowl in the floor and install the WTB Gasket and make a White Caulk ( DAP Model # 18103 Internet # 100097524 Store SKU # 984590 Alex Plus 10.1 oz. White Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone) sealer base to the bowl. Install the bowl and clear the caulk excess with a wet cloth. Hope it helps!
