Works great, very happy!
The welder came with pretty much everything you need to get started. I make metal and glass tables as well as other things mostly as a hobby. This machine works great for what I need. It is pretty heavy but manageable since I use a cart anyway. The directions are pretty easy to understand. The settings were easy to use so I had no problems with the heat control at all. This also switches over easily from the flux to the MIG wire which is nice. This feeds wire nicely and I was able to make some pretty beads with this machine. I like that there is a decent size storage area to keep your wire stored inside it. I can't wait to start working on some more of my projects now. I very highly recommend this!

Feed Me!
Just what I needed for my small workshop. What a great tool this mig welder is I;m more then just happy. first I assembled my all steel welding bench with it. Then my next task was to build my material storage shelve with extending arms to hold different sizes. Next it time to work on my machines, so many projects! Among the Best !
Ive owned various welders in the past and my welding skills are pretty good. This Welder is one of my favorites and really makes my welding skills shine. setup is easy and once paired with a gas tank its perfect ! Loading wire is easy and painless. The handle has a nice grip and is very rugged! The settings are very useful and are easy to read and change on the fly. Perfect welder for anyone looking to get a nice MIG A++

Good mig welder, 120volt is a little low on amps
This is a good mig welder. It comes with all the connectors and a gas regulator. I set it up on flux core and regular steel. Flux core always makes a mess so I am happy to have a welder that works on gas and will probably never use flux core again. The wire feed is smooth and easy to set up. It has a nice strong steel roller and easy tension adjustment. The instructions are clear and the setup chart on the welder is accurate for adjusting power and wire feed settings. I was able to lay down a clean weld on 1/8" steel that looks about the same as with my Tig welder, but much faster. The great thing about a mig is the ease of use and speed. The bad part is you can't weld thin metal. The only problem I find with this welder is on 120 volts, I tripped a 15 amp breaker while on power setting 3. I moved to a 20 amp breaker and it was better, but still tripped a few times. For thicker metal , this may be a problem since power setting 4 will trip the breaker fairly easily. It works fine for 1/8" steel. I feel they should just make the unit 220volts, it's pretty easy to set up a 220volt outlet if you have two phases in your garage.
