Hello Becky, Yes, this dishwasher can fit if you have 33.75" under your counter. The Pozzo 24" model has a height of approximately 33.74", so it should slide in. However, since the clearance is very tight, I recommend measuring the height in several spots (left, center, and right) to ensure the opening is even and that there are no lower points.
