Q:Can this range be put on its side in order to move it into the house for installation? We have some tight turns to get around and without this we wouldn?t be able to get it into our kitchen!

A: Hey Ann! The convection feature has a switch to control if it is in use or not on the face of the range. We always recommend using this for a more even cooking.

Q:The description states this is a convection oven, but I do not see a switch to turn convection on and off like on the 6260 model. Can the convection function be turned off on this model, and if so, how? Also, will this model be coming back in stock again?

A: Yes, there is a switch to turn the convection fan on or off. However, in order to evenly disperse the heat while cooking we do recommend using the convection setting. This unit is currently in stock and available for purchase!

It’s really hard not to be able to a live person.

Service is really slow, and disappointed with my stove and hood range missing parts and broken parts takes a long time for replacement parts.

Great range

I've had this range for less than a month but I'm loving it. I would have given this a 5 star rating but I'm disappointed with the rotisserie. The rod is kinda flimsy, the forks short, the fork tips are a little dull and it would be better if there were 4 prongs on each forks instead of 2. It struggled to handle a 6lb duck. That was one of the selling points for me and since it was an accessory that came with the range and wasn't an aftermarket addition.

The orifices are supposed to come propane ready but I have a foot tall fire when I turn it on from all burners. Hoping someone forgot to change out and this is not how it operates because it is totally unsafe
