    I'm trying to discern my current model. Does this threaded model still have the cutout on the bottom?

    Yes. Check to see if there if you can feel or see a set screw on the pipe inside the cutout. If no set screw, it is the threaded version.

    Is there a washer repair kit for the diverter? Can't find one.

    Purchased two of these and neither had the mesh screen / aerator on the bottom? Although Kohler has customer service, I can't send them an image to explain the issue. They sent me an entire new spout instead, again, missing the aerator. Is this a separate part #/item #? Kohler, if you see this please contact me and let me know, thanks.

    The old spout was easy to take off and replace with the new purchased spout. It is unfortunate that diverter leaks after several years due to hard water scaling, and there is no way to easily repair it other than replace the whole spout.
