Rated 1 out of 5 by from The dregs Very nasty packaging , barely wrapping the bar. AND the shipping papers were gone! Will not work as a stud mount because there are only 3 holes in each flange. Can't get 2 screws in a stud. Chat, call, etc. very nice lady agent! Solution: by 3 "no stud" mounts at $13.97 each at HD for an additional ~$42. Produced by same company as the bar. Don't know if that will support 300 pounds. Just really big plastic mollys. Hmmm. So deleting 3 holes gets them extra bucks for the mounts. BTW the instructions show 6 holes in each imounting flange which would make mounting so easy. "Nothing personal, just business" What a scam! Wil be returning it. Sad. Sure, maybe you could ( tough looking stainless) drill holes in the flanges. Or open up the wall for blocking. Not what I paid for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome purchase! Installation was easy. The grab bar looks fine and really does what it was designed to do. Where it is installed it not only aids getting in and out of the shower, but also getting up from the toilet.
