The idea of adjustable cabinet hardware is excellent, and this product looks very nice when it is attached to a door or drawer. The design is very simple and enhances the cabinetry to which it is attached. The metallic parts appear to be very durable and are nicely coated. The hardware is very easy to put on. You insert the rod through both of the sleeves, move the sleeves into the correct position on your drawer and then insert the screws. Because the sleeves are independent of the rod, they can be adjusted to fit almost any conviguration. The one downside that I noticed was that the screws that came with the hardware were too short to work with the drawer that I was changing out. Luckily, hardware for drawer pulls tends to be pretty standard as far as diameter, so the old screws worked.

I got these to use on a vanity I am in the process of finishing for my half-bath. These are very well-made and sturdy. However, I suspect it won't be easy to install them. First of all, the instructions clearly state that if my unit does not already have predrilled holes I can purchase a template to help with the installation. They couldn't include templates with the instructions? And according to the instructions there is only one way to install them and that is with the brackets at the very ends of the bars. But I want to install them with a small portion of the bar showing - so I'll have to create my own template before I do anything with these. See the last two pictures to look at the suggested installation vs. the installation I prefer.

I was looking forward to installing these on my cabinets. I don't see the advantage of having the assembly in pieces compared to a one piece unit. It is next to impossible to install this vertically. The unit does not want to stay together. The pieces themselves are made of quality material but the way to assemble is poor. The instructions were very basic. Would recommend staying with a one piece unit.

The Franklin Brass Adjusta-pull pull bar in matte black is an easy alternative to updating drawer pulls. Although the color is matte black, the black appears to have more of an eggshell finish rather than a flat finish. There's no need to worry about either drilling or plugging up holes. This pull bar allows one to reuse the existing drawer holes that are between 1-3/8 inch to 6-5/16in apart. Simply, remove the old pull. Next, attach the posts to the bar. Lastly, affix the pulls to the existing or provided fasteners on the drawer face - easy peasy!

Rich finish and a clever design solves the problem of non-standard hole spacing. Want to replace your worn or outdated drawer pulls, but can’t find new pulls that fit the old hole spacing, and you don’t want to drill new holes? Consider Franklin Brass’ “Adjusta-Pull Bar Pull”. The mounts slide along the bar to accommodate any existing hole spacing from 1 3/8 inch to 6 5/16 inch. The instructions are clear. Just make sure to insert the provided pins and orient the mount posts correctly according to the arrows. Then tighten the screws. Done! The parts are good quality, solid metal with an attractive “Champagne Bronze” finish. Two considerations: 1) The ¾” of space to fit your fingers is a little tight. In my application, the pulls are merely decorative so this wasn’t an issue, but if you need to actually use the pulls to open or close a door or drawer, this might be a consideration. 2) Depending on how close together the existing holes are, the ends of the bar may stick out on each side of the mounts by more than the space between the mounts, giving a slightly imbalanced or awkward appearance. In that situation, consider choosing Franklin’s 4” version of these pulls instead. Note: The bar itself is 6 7/8" long. The 6 5/16” measurement is the maximum distance between the mounts. The included machine screws should fit many drawer fronts, but if not just go to Home Depot and get #8 x 32 screws in the desired length. Model # P44365-CZ-B

Beyond a doubt the very best door handles ever. I love them! The "Franklin Brass Adjusta-Pull 1-3/8 in. To 6-5/16 in. (35 mm/160 mm) Matte Black Bar Pull (5-Pack)" are stylish,sturdy, and so easy to install my eight year old grandson was helping me. The only tool necessary is a screwdriver, simple clear instructions and they are installed in under five minutes.

As you will no doubt be able to tell from the photos, I did not receive the "champagne bronze" color as listed, instead I received the matte black. I am beyond happy with them whatever the color. They are of excellent quality and style. Extremely easy to install and come with clear directions.

Selecting cabinet hardware is always challenging since the hardware has such a huge impact on the “look”. This Franklin Brass Adjusta-Pull Francisco pull is a very nice quality product with a clean look. It is the kind of hardware you use on a project you have spent time bringing to life. The bar is solid steel and the standoffs are non-magnetic metal. The finish is uniform. The stems have a 1 inch by ¾ inch oval base providing high stability and resistance to loosening. They hold the bar ¾ inch away from the mounting surface so your fingers fit easily between the bar and the door or drawer. While described as 6 5/16-inch-long it is actually is 7 inches long. One-inch screws are provided for mounting. The bases and bar are separate and are attached with provided pins at the time of mounting. I found the holes in the bar to be a little tight for the pins which made the assembly a bit more difficult than needed. Mounting holes are provided for 6 inches on center.

Love the Black FARMHOUSE look to these handles. This is a great idea as these pulls can be adjusted to any size desired within the range. The handles will fill in where previous holes have been drilled for an easy new update to cabinets. I needed to update my garage cabinets and wanted to try these black matte bar pulls. They work PERFECTLY. I love the look and the feel of these handles. They are very strong and sturdy, as well as attractive and updated from what I was using. This was an easy update and and easy way to work within my already predrilled holes. Great IDEA.

The handles are nice but the screws that come with them are longer than the actual leg of the handle. You will have to get smaller ones to make them fit. The color is also pretty dark. They blend with the furniture so they don’t stand out which is what I was hoping for for $35
