          It was as if they placed the tree in the box while the flocking was still wet. Some of the branches were completely flat. It was impossible No matter home much I tried to fluff those branches. I contacted the company because in their literature it asked if you were dissatisfied to please contact them and not where you purchased the tree. The company wasn’t any help at all. I think they had the same answer no matter what you said. I don’t think they even bothered to read my comment. Very disappointed
