The Freeman P3865CHR 3/8 in. x 65 ft. Compact Retractable Air Hose Reel features a spring-loaded torsion system with an auto-guide rewind that smoothly retracts the air hose without any kinks. The retractable system is perfect for hobbyists and professionals who are looking for a better storage solution. Pull the hose out to the desired length and the positive latching mechanism will automatically lock the hose. When you are done, simply give the hose a short pull and it will gently retract. The air hose is constructed of a lightweight, hybrid PVC polymer that doesn't sacrifice strength and durability, and can withstand sub-zero temperatures from -22 degrees F to 122 degrees F for all-weather use. It features a 3/8 in. internal diameter, brass 1/4 in. NPT fitting and universal coupler, and has an additional 6 ft. lead hose to easily connect to your compressor. This retractable hose reel has 34% more hose than comparable reels, but is the same size or smaller thanks to the compact, impact-resistant housing. The hose can not be replaced in the reel.
Can this be used with water?

Difficult to answer this question, but I would say its pretty flexible.
No problem with flexibility. Very pleased with hose reel.
The pigtail coming out to the air compressor won’t stay in the holder are there replacement parts for that
