I bought this product online. The medicine cabinet was easy to install. When it came time to hang the vanity, we ran into several problems.First, it took over an hour just to measure the brackets on the wall and align them with the back of the vanity. The instructions were not clear at all.We finally screwed the brackets into the wall. The brackets seemed very flimsy and were "secured" into the wall by cheap plastic anchors. We hung the vanity onto the brackets. The vanity was leaning forward, and there was a large gap between it and the wall, although we followed the instructions. Then we attached the heavy countertop/sink to the vanity. The whole unit immediately collapsed from the wall. Three of the four cheap brackets became bent from the weight, and the fourth bracket ripped completely from the drywall. When it fell, the tracks from the slide-out drawer broke and tore apart the composite board. We had to use JB Weld to replace strips of the composite board, drill new pilot holes, and reattach the track. In a new effort to hang the vanity, we decided to screw the back of the vanity directly into the wall using toggle bolts into the drywall and wood screws into the studs. This process only took 20 minutes and was 10x more secured than the cheap brackets provided by the manufacturer. After all of this, we discovered that we were missing the faucet, P-trap, and drain hardware, which the ad states all of these should be included. I went to Home Depot to see if I could get replacement parts. Since it was an online order, they made me call the general customer service number. They said the only way that they could send me new parts was if I returned the whole product and they would send me a whole new one. I explained to them that everything was already installed and attached to my wall. They finally agreed to refund me a small percentage of the cost, which allowed me to shop for a new faucet, P-trap and drain hardware. All in all, customer service for Home Depot wasn't bad, but I would highly recommend finding another product just to avoid these headaches. After reading another review, they were missing the same parts that I was missing as well.

THIS VANITY AND MIRROR IS GORGEOUS. WE ARE PENDING FULL BATHROOM RENOVATION, SO NOT INSTALLED YET.
THE ONE PROBLEM: I ORDERED AS A SET, THIS 36" VANITY/MIRROR/MEDICINE CHEST FOR MY HUSBAND AND A MATCHING 60" VANITY FOR MYSELF AND ADDED MAKE-UP MIRROR. FOR SOME REASON, HIS CAME WITH A BEAUTIFUL FAUCET AND MINE (ALTHOUGH DESCRIPTION SAYS "INCLUDES FAUCET") HAS NO FAUCET. MAJOR ISSUE WITH TRYING TO GET HOME DEPOT TO EITHER CREDIT ONE FAUCET, OR GIVE US THE OTHER FAUCET TO MATCH. WHEN I LOOK UP THE FAUCET ITEM # ON HD SITE, IT IS A SIMILAR FAUCET, BUT NOT MATCHING. MANY DAYS OF PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, WAITING ENDLESSLY ON HOLD, GOING TO THE STORE MANAGER, AND WE HAVE ONE FAUCET FOR THE TWO MATCHING SINKS. WOULD BE NICE IF HOME DEPOT WOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT! THE VANITIES THEMSELVES ARE PERFECT. IT IS HARD TO FIND ALL-WOOD VANITIES WITH QUARTZ TOPS. THESE ARE PRETTY. WILL LOOK GOOD IF WE CAN GET OUR OTHER FAUCET! WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 5-STAR IF BOTH FAUCETS SHOW UP.. SUE IN ATLANTA
