Looks nice, doesn’t work for long.
I too was happy when I first bought it. We bought this freezer in April 2021 and in November the compressor failed, ruined thousands in meat.
Part got fixed, new compressor. Less than 2 months later the compressor went out again.
They decided to “replace” it. That means they refunded us the $850 it cost us before all the inflation and we can choose to buy it again at the $1150 it now costs. And we have a broken freezer sitting in our garage that we have to pay to dispose of ourselves.

I love it. It is bigger than I expected to be for compact. Quiet motor I absolutely love it. Time to time I take a trip to the basement just to open it look at all my food in it and close it. Great feeling.

Perfect size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced two freezers with these. They are the perfect size to fit in the allocated space. The included casters make it very easy to pull the units out to clean behind them. One draw back, not only with these but will all chest freezers is no insulation in the lid. Love them

Great Features - Best bang for your buck!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this new freezer. It has so many nice features. I have mine in the garage as extra storage, so the power indicator green light on the lid is a huge plus. It has a lock, although I don't use it, but I can see it as a safety feature if you have kids. The casters on this makes a huge difference - it makes it so easy to move around when I rearrange things in the garage. My 15 year old Frigidaire freezer (that was still working) that this replaced, didn't have them. There is so much more room inside it and the liner is not that crummy silver foil, its solid plastic. For things I need access to the most, it came with 2 baskets that slide. One more thing, I had left the lid open in error for 6 hours after grabbing a few things and everything was still frozen (and I live in Florida)!!! I plan on having this years to come, it is built that well. Thanks Frigidaire!

So far, it’s keeping cold things cold. My biggest complaint is the build quality. On one of the 4 sides of the sealing surface, the chest rim sags a bit, which will probably allow moisture (and eventually frost) to intrude into the chest. If I leave a flashlight inside the freezer chest and close the lid, I can see some light through that seam. Not good.
A few of the side seams are uneven and one of the hinges is slightly out of square. Most people probably wouldn’t notice these things... but since I work with manufacturing, I can’t un-see them.

Ideally we wanted something in the 7-8 cu ft range but most have been out of stock for the better part of the year, so we opted for this much bigger model. Comes with two decent sized storage baskets, has a large & bright interior light, and the optional casters make it super easy to move even for one person. Fits at least one full size adult. Energy efficient and pretty quiet. It’s only been about a month but we love it so far.

Do not buy this freezer!
I ordered online on 9/11/20 to replace a 50 year old freezer that finally quit working. It was delivered on 9/23/20. From day one, frost started forming all around the upper half of the freezer. There is a very obvious problem with the seal. I called Home Depot for it to be serviced and it took an act of Congress to get help. The associate I spoke with told me I would have to call Frigidaire which was interesting because I never mentioned my name or the brand I had purchased. Then, the associate gave me the wrong number which directed me to a company who had never dealt with Home Depot. When I finally was able to get through to someone, a repair was scheduled. The repairman said, He couldn’t find anything wrong with the freezer, they were just made that way.” (I can actually slide a dollar bill back and forth between the seal and the freezer itself.). I have attached pictures. The first is after 6 weeks of the purchase and the second is today (approximately 3 weeks later). I now have ice forming on the inside of food packages. I can honestly say I will never by another Frigidaire product and I will never purchase a major appliance from Home Depot again.
