[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chilled quickly upon initial setup. It would be nice if there were dividers available for this unit. Our old freezer and them and it made it easier for separating items. The other issue was the seal on the lid didn't close all the way. At 1st I assumed it would correct itself once settled, however it did not. I put a flashlight in it and closed the lid ans you can see the light. Disappointed in that aspect. Have a service calling, waiting for appt.

Love our new freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brett is the real MVP. We had an emergency at home; old freezer died and we had needed something quick after business hours, and Brett stayed there and helped my husband get a new freezer loaded into our truck. Freezer works excellent!!! Such a nice upgrade from our 30 yr old model that bit the dust.

Great freezer
Large capacity for one person. I probably wont need to shop the entire winter! I use it for meats, veggies, and homemade goods. Freezer was delivered unscathed, it came with key, paperwork, and a set of rollers for mobility. I have no complaints.

Best bang for the buck especially off the grid
We are off the grid using strictly solar and wind. This model freezer is rated at a very low power consumption. It seems to be well built and does not waste space. The lid seals tight and is counter sprung for ease of use. It only uses about 70 watts of electricity when running. The down side is that it takes a very long time to freeze so it is best to load the freezer slowly or it will take days to freeze.

I was searching for a new chest freezer for the family home. Home depot had the best price and readily available for this particular freezer. So far this freezer has succeeded my expectations from the online purchase, home delivery and setup. Hopefully will have years of good service
