Brand New - Doesn’t dry, dishes remain dirty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a newly built home with all new Frigidaire appliances. Our dishwasher does not clean our dishes even with few dishes, on heavy wash, on sanitize and drying aid. I registered my dishwasher through Frigidaire the day we moved in and I am unable to see any warranty information through the website.

Poor Value for the Money
I've been using mine for about 10 months and it's already starting to deteriorate. The plastic coating on the dishwasher racks is breaking down in places and the racks have started to rust. One of the wheels fell off the upper rack. The coating underneath was worn and the rack is rusting. When I contacted support I was told these items are considered cosmetic and not covered under warranty. I'm disappointed in the quality and service. Probably wouldn't buy Frigidaire again.

Dishwasher did not work 2nd time used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DW unit came as part of brand new Lennar Home (The Riviera by Lennar) in Homestead FL. Purchased Aug.31.2022
I tested the unit about the same time I registered it (on or around Oct.08.2022).
First a couple of "rinse only" then a "normal wash", apparently everything worked OK.
I live alone, I hardly ever cook, so I've been washing my few dishes by hand.
Today, Jan.29,2023 I intended to wash a few dishes just to run the DW unit. I heard the water fill, several "clicks" spaced at least 1 minute apart. The main wash pump never worked. I cancelled (the drain pump did work).
I tried the "rinse only" cycle, basically the same. Fill, clicks, drain ... the main wash pump never worked.
I am a very disappointed customer.

Great Efficient Dishwasher

We got a good deal buying it and happy since it was installed. The Stainless front matches our other appliances As you can see we cook and clean in our kitchen daily and the front clearly needs to be clean. Destroyed all my dishes
The tips of the racks in this dishwasher get rusty as the little plastic comes off. These rusty pieces leave spots all over any porcelain dishes. I thought it was just a defect in this one dishwasher, so I got brand new racks. A few uses later, the same exact thing happened again. Definitely wouldn't buy another. All my dishes are ruined.

Keep in mind your dishwasher racks are coated in a layer of vinyl that protects the metal beneath from rusting. If the vinyl develops nicks and tears, it leaves the metal rack vulnerable to corrosion. Also, we recommend reaching out to your water company to determine if you have “hard” or “soft” water. The unwanted minerals found in hard water could leave soap scum on sinks, bathtubs, hands, hair, and laundry, and spots on your dishes and glasses. Plus, there's the build-up of scale on water-consuming appliances and plumbing fixtures, potentially reducing both efficiency and life expectancy. Turned out good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new dishwasher and took it home and installed it. Unfortunately it wouldn’t work, I uninstalled and installed it four more times to double check everything and still nothing. I called the place that I bought it at and they scheduled a repairman to come out which to another week. He looked at everything and said it was the (Motor) Pump which sprays water that was bad. Never used and a bad motor. He had to order another part and came back out about a week and a half later. He installed to part and it works great now. Now my concern is why is no quality control done on new appliances before sending them to stores! Anyway the dishwasher has been working great and I’ve had no issues since
