15 months. On hold now waiting to talk to Frigidaire about my options.
I bought mine two weeks ago. It is without a doubt the quietest dehumidifier I've owned. The other three dehumidifiers I've owned were 50 pint units and they were all noticeable louder when the compressor is running. With this unit the compressor can barely be heard above the fan. I can barely notice it when it's running at night. I live in a ranch with and with my old dehumidifier would turn if off at night because I could hear the droning noise of the compressor coming from the basement when I'm trying to sleep. If I put this on the low setting it takes the humidity level down to 45% and I can leave it on at night and it has no effect on my sleeping.
No it does not. You can get a short garden hose from several home improvement/garden stores.
Yes this puts out a ton of heat and blows hot air if you stand even several feet away from the exhaust. It lowered my humidity levels very nicely, but raised the temperature of my basement and made it very uncomfortable. I returned it for a GE model that so far only blows cool or lukewarm air.
The unit shuts down completely when set humidity is reached.
Yes, if it is on and the power goes out when the power comes back on it will restart.
"The FFAD7033R1 is an energy star rated dehumidifier with a manufacturer specified maximum power draw of 745 watts." http://www.dehumidifierbuyersguide.com/frigidaire-ffad7033r1-review/
This one simply shuts off when full. Generally very quiet
Comes with an adapter to connect a hose.
Yes it restarts after an outage
