Does this include 3 pieces so you can do a complete door (top and both sides) or do you have to purchase 3 of these for 1 door install? My house has 4 exterior doors and id rather not have to purchase 12 separate packs of these to replace the old ones
It is sold 1 piece. a standard door would require 3 pieces. You would need 10 pieces to do 4 doors.

I am a mom trying to install this, Part of the Kerf goes in but not the rest, it is VERY difficult to install. What am I doing wrong? Please think about having a video and more installation instructions.
It's the wrong strip. I bought the only one in stock, thinking it looked right. Got home and the kerf was twice the thickness of the one I was replacing. No way it was going in there. But why was the correct not in stock? It's a Stanley door for Pete's
Yes they can be stubborn sometimes. We suggest using either a plastic thin bladed putty knife or even a plastic spatula to help push the fin into the groove.

Mark's question on Jan 26 2023 asks about 96" door weatherstrip. I measured my existing pvc door weatherstrip and it is a one piece 96"? Please tell me how do I find 96" pvc or rubber or lifetime or heavy duty (not foam) weatherstrip on your website?
They are not made in 96" lengths sold at Home Depot. You can use them and use door corner guards for any gaps
