Yes 62 X 210 —2-pack. And a 84 X 110 for patio door or larger windows.
Can this product be applied to a double pane window?
It works with double panes windows. It apples to the frame around the window not directly to the glass.

Yes it is UV treated film.
Can I use this on a 44in. X 59in. window?
The Material is 42" X 62" and will not fit this window. The Patio Door/ Large Window kit will, it's 62" x 108"
Does this product help reduce noise from outside and obviously heating and air conditioning insulation?
It really doesn't do much to help reduce noise, it will help reduce heat loss from the windows.
Does tape for the indoor)out door 84x110 stick to painted wood.
Yes the tape will adhere to painted wood as long as it has not been painted in the last 90 days
my window is at least 68-71 inchs top to bottom. can I combine two sheets to accomplish a seal?
A better solution would be to purchase the patio door shrink kit which is 84 inches tall
This product helps to avoid the noise that comes from outside
It will do very little to cut down on outside noise.
