What an amazing roof!
I replaced my aging roof this month, just in time for a typical rainy Oregon winter. I am impressed with the color options that were available, and absolutely love the look of the new roof. Additionally, I am extremely happy about the GAF ridge vent, and roof vents that were installed which I expect will cool down my attic during the summer months. I previously had only an attic exhaust fan, which barely made a dent in the trapped heat; so when I heard I wouldn't need it thanks to all the extra venting from the ridge vent and roof vents, I was happy to see it go.
I have peace of mind that my new roof will stand the test of time, and may outlive me!

"Our Roof Looks Fantastic!"
Maycon Construction Services installed our new roof, and they seem to have done a fantastic job. Our chimney needed a diverter to keep the water from overflowing. I think they call it a cricket.
The new seal-a-ridge blends beautifully with the rest of the roof. We went with the charcoal shingle color, but I would have been happy with a dozen of the colors.
I wish the warranty information was more specific to me, it's the "Golden Pledge", whatever that means.

Great company
These guys are amazing! They are very professional and they were dependable. Pricing was good as well. Shopped around for a roof and decided on Prime Roofing due to a sales rep with bath r us recommending and explaining how great the owners of prime roofing are.I was greatly pleased. I had questions and the owner was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions! They had contact with insurance and had every set and ready for install in less then 2 weeks. They also went above and beyond to help me with some other repairs that insurance dont cover. They also even fixed our gutters at end of install. They showed up around 8am and worked till roof was completed around 5ish and didnt stop and screw around they hit the ground running and never stopped till job was done. They made the property look better then it did before they got here before they left. Thank you Prime Roofing for an amazing job! I definitely recommend to everyone.

Love the Color and Product, just can't buy it anymore.
I had my roof replaced 3/22/2023 through a HUD Block Grant Program, unfortunately they didn't install a barrier on all of my edges, rakes, or valleys, I have original board roof decking with 2-3" gaps between the boards and surprisingly it hasn't leaked too badly yet, I can see under my deck and I can not believe how well they shingles are holding up. To make things worse it was installed it in 30-40 degree weather so the roofer nailed the ends down from what I can see. The city placed a lien on our home as collateral on the loan and because of the improper instal I have no warranty. There is still granular loss which I thought would resolve by now, and lots or curling.
To make things worse, a tree fell on my home on 4/1/2023. I can not find a single contractor to inspect my roof, give me a realistic quote, and work with my insurance. There are no GAF or NACHI inspectors within a couple hundred miles. I have a complex roof that totals 3,000 SF, 1/4 is 3/12 and 75% is 9/12 with 5 dormers, 86 FT of valleys, 110 FT of ridges 344 FT of eaves and 178 FT of rakes. This was our 3rd GAF roof, we have always had the Timberline since removing the Slate in 1983, replacing that in 2005, and again in 2023. GAF products are outstanding and even with a bad installation and holes from storm damage, it still looks good, and is performing above and beyond what what they are guaranteed to do.
