I have 3600 sq. ft how many do I need
Hello - each bundle of Timberline HDZ Shingles covers approximately 33.3 sq. ft. of roof deck. For 3600 sq ft, 108 bundles would be required. Please include an additional 10-15% of material, per best practices, for waste and overage. You will need to measure the linear footage for the ridge cap to determine how many additional bundles will be needed. Each bundle covers 32.5 linear feet when used as the ridge cap. Thank you. What hip and ridge shingle matches best with the Hickory HDZ Shingle. I do not see a specific Hickory Hip and Ridge listed?
It depends on your location, however Seal-A-Ridge in Hickory is available nationally and will match Timberline HDZ Hickory.

Ridge cap hickory

I was able to find 3 tab in that color. The ridge cap they want you to use is too small to fit over the ridge vent if you have it.
For the hickory shingle what do you use for the caps there is no 3 tab in that color

I am planning on installing another layer of your product on my roof in the near future. I used your 30 Timberline Burnt Sienna shingle 26 years ago and was looking for a replacement to put another layer on top of that. The existing shingles are flat.
