In response to the on/off switch, is it difficult to access?
Hi, good day! Thank you for your inquiry. The operation switch for our Everest Solar Lamp Post w/GS Solar Light Bulb is just located at the back of the light where the battery compartment is. Can this light be put in the ground/dry creek bed?
Hi Chris, thank you for your inquiry. Our unit Everest Solar Lamp Post w/GS Solar Light Bulb Model number 109001 can be put in dry creek bed but you'll have to use our EZ-Anchor Lamp Post Base Model Number 30001 as this unit alone is designed for concrete path. Thank you, Gama Sonic USA!
How deep does the concrete need to be?
Due to liability reasons, we are not able to advise. We suggest reaching out to a professional contractor in regards to mounting your solar unit/post in concrete.
Is the part that covers the light bulb glass or plastic
The globe is made of clear acrylic.
What would be the recommended distances between lamps on a long driveway? Also, some parts of our driveway is bot in direct sunlight. Do the lamps require direct sunlight?
Greetings Mike, Thank you for your inquiry. Our solar units require direct sunlight in order to achieve maximum performance. The light beam spread is 10’-12’ diameter on this model and should be a determining factor when placing and mounting your solar unit.
Do you make a brighter solar led bulb for the everest single solor lamp and pole assembly? It came with a 20w 3v bulb. What do you have that's 3v 40w,60w, or100w that's compatible with this unit. Davo

What anchor is best to buy for soft sandy soil?
We appreciate your inquiry Eddie, However, mounting in soft sandy can be tricky and not suggested. We offer a anchor system that will work with a soil/grass application only. The only other option is concrete mounting which is highly suggested for this particular unit. The unit comes with concrete bolt anchors. We can say that mounting in sand will be support enough for this unit.
Can you get this light in white?
Robert, The GS-109S unit only come in black at this current time.
