Worst appliance ever
This is the worse appliance I have ever owned. It took a full year to get a replacement, and I have had this one for less than 3 weeks, and it already does not work.

The error FTD means failure to drain. We recommend checking the drain hose, air gap, and disposer. If excessive water is remaining in the bottom of the dishwasher, there are a few things that can cause this issue.

Super Quiet
Had this for over a year.
Hard to tell when it's running.
So Far, Very Good.
Don't forget to Clean the Filter, it Twists Out of the bottom.
One a month or so use a Half cup of Citric Acid to clean the Whole Dishwasher.
Keeping it clean will make it last longer.

Quite quiet
I put this together and it was pretty easy. But I am also pretty handy.
Old GE dish washer was loud I mean really loud compared to this one. Huge wash basin and many different configurations so we are really happy.

Worked great for 3 days
It was a nice and quiet dishwasher for 3 days. I woke up this morning to find that one of the roller assemblies from the bottom rack had become dislodged and then melted into the heating element. I’ve never seen anything like this before, it’s a major design flaw. Someone was sleeping at the factory when they put this together Now I need to figure out how to deal with this.

It arrived full of swamp-smelly water in hose and machine
I moved the supposedly “brand new” machine hose and our newly remodeled kitchen was seasoned with a heavy shower of stinky water. If you’ve ever had a dog escape and come home wet and smelling like rotten fish, you get the idea. Our just-washed dishes smell like rotten fishes. Home Depot told me thats bormal for GE. It would he been nice of Home Depot to tell me before the purchase Even after several washes and six days later. Even woth cascade platinum. Also, I used the 1-hour setting and dishes were dirty so I added another Platinum pod and ran the same dishes on the highest setting. The highest setting did better, but some dishes still didn’t clean.
