The stove was supposed to be delivered, installed, remove old stove. The delivery people said can not install and left us with a stove in a box on our kitchen floor. This was just before our big family Thanksgiving. The stove is not a drop in replacement as we were told by GE, and required 3 hours of fitment, using some parts from old stove. I had to pay the only person I could get quickly before Thanksgiving $500 to get it done for the holliday. Home Depots order taker is incompetent and needs retraining. They do not know what they are doing. This was an overall terrible experience, and we will never blieve what Home Depot says again about delivery or installation. Should have bought from local company we can believe. Also, the stove was very expensive for what we got, but we needed it to fit in the cutout of the counter top and cabinets. Home Depot did agree to refund a small portion of the installation fee we had to pay, as a good will gesture.

The product is fine. But it took from ordering 8/19/2023 until installation by an outside installer on 11/27/2023 to use the product. It was even delivered until 11/6/2023!!!!!!

The range installation left a gap between the wall and the the appliance. The gap filler kit designed to fix this problem is no longer available. Unfortunately, when I purchased the stove this possibility was not pointed out to me.
I do not feel comfortable with the system of cleaning the drip pans, especially the warning about causing damage to the electrical connection. The information about self cleaning oven is not clear. User is warned to lock the door but there is no way to do that. I suspect that perhaps there is an automatic locking device but I have not yet attempted that.

The door will automatically lock when activating a self-clean cycle, in order to help with safety. Some of our models use a latch to lock to the door instead of an automatic lock.

The door doesn't fit right. It's usable, but for the price, it's pretty sad that it's not well made.

My oven was a hot wire and the delivery guys didn’t know how to install it. I had to get my electrician to install it, the oven is a great oven. My previous oven was the same kind and it lasted for 25 years.

I'm very happy with the delivery and the stove. I paid for installation, which is free other than a cord. This stove comes with an armored cable, which makes the cord useless, it was kept by the delivery team. I have not gotten a refund. Installation should not be offered on this stove.
