Hi there, Lynda - Great question! We're sorry to hear of the trouble you've had finding a range with a large enough storage drawer. The dimensions for this range's storage drawer are 21.89” W x 16.7” L x 4.1” H. We hope this helps. Thanks so much for considering GE Appliances! -Mikayla@GEA
Hi Cath! Great question, we'd love to help. Yes they can be but the coil burners themselves will need to be removed first. Steps on how to do this as well as cleaning instructions, can be found on pages 19 & 20 of your Use and Care Manual. We hope this helps! Happy cleaning. -Michael@GEA
Hello dh, Thank you for reaching out. Good question! The color of the sides are black. Keep in touch! Mike@GEA
Hi Mojo - Thank you for reaching out to us. Beginning in 2018, Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) regulation requires all coil top ranges to have temperature limiting capabilities to reduce the risk of cooktop oil and grease fires. As a result, our electric coil burners now use Sensi-Temp Technology. The sensi-temp burners cannot be replaced with burners that do not have the sensi-temp technology. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Vikki@GEA
Hi Kathy. Thank you for trusting us to help. We recommend you read the self-cleaning oven safety instructions listed on page 7 of the owner's manual prior to self-clean here: https://images.homedepot-static.com/catalog/pdfImages/77/7720c3af-fa5c-45f2-bd91-e7d2322c5ab1.pdf - Before operating the self-clean cycle, wipe up grease and soils from the oven. Remove all items from the oven other than enameled (dark colored) rack. Shiny or silver racks and any cookware or other items should all be removed from the oven before initiating a self-clean cycle. Close and latch the door. Next, press the Self Clean pad. A default self-clean time will be displayed. The clean time can be changed to any time between 3:00 and 5:00 hours by using the + or - pads to enter a different time and pressing Start. For heavily soiled ovens, the maximum 5 hour clean time is recommended. If you wish to use the default time, press the Start pad immediately after pressing the Self Clean pad. The oven will turn off automatically when the self-clean cycle is complete and the self-clean light will be off. Slide the latch handle to the left as far is it will go and open the door. Never force the latch handle. Forcing the handle will damage the door lock mechanism. After the oven has cooled down wipe any ash out of the oven. You can find this information on page 21 of the owner's manual. We hope these are the instructions you needed! If you have any other questions, you can reach out to us via e-mail through the Contact Us page on our website and a member of our team will be glad to help. - Guy@GEA
Hello Jackie, Thank you for reaching out. You can purchase replacement burners by searching the following part numbers: WB30X31058 (6") WB30X31057(8"). I hope this helps. Best wishes -Mike
Hello Erc, Thank you for reaching out to us about this amazing electric range. We are sorry to hear that you have been unable to open the door and we can understand how frustrating this must be. We are more than happy to help! It sounds as though you have latched the door for the self cleaning cycle. Please first try to unlatch the door and then open. If there is food in the oven, let the oven cool to room temperature and try to unlatch the door. If no food or utensils are in the oven, start a self-clean cycle, then hit Clear/Off after 60 seconds. If that does not unlock the door, run a short self-clean cycle (1-2 hours). With electronic ranges there is a small chance that turning the circuit breaker off for a few minutes and turning it back on can release the door latch to the "off". If door does not unlatch, and you do have food in the oven, wait for oven to cool completely and try again. If it still will not open, service is required. To schedule service call GE Appliance service at 1-800-432-2737. We hope this information is helpful, feel free to reach out again with any other questions you may have. Have a great day!- Avery@GEA
