No. You have to buy a cord that matches your range outlet in your kitchen. It could be 3 wire or 4 wire and this range can handle either one. Also they come in different lengths. You have to be able to plug it in and then slide the range in place. A 2 foot cord would be difficult to plug in if the range was going in between 2 lower cabinets. If the range was at the end of the cabinets with one side exposed then a 2 foot cord would probably work. A 3 or 4 foot cord would work in just about any situation.
The same as listed in the add: JB735SPSS.
You will need to buy a full size sheet pan and wire rack. Place wire rack in sheet pan and your food on the wire rack. Move oven rack to position 4 (from the bottom) and place sheet pan on oven rack. I use 400 degrees for most things except french fries (425). Time varies depending on the food. See page 17 of your manual for suggestions. The only difference I've seen between convection baking and air frying is that convection baking actually uses a temperature setting 25 degrees lower that you've set so that you can use the regular baking times in recipes. Air frying does not. We find that pieces of meat such as chicken legs, wings, etc. work better that whole chickens. It makes the skin crispy and leaves the meat juicy. Big pieces of meat are better prepared using bake or convection bake.
The range only requires a 40 amp breaker but some jurisdictions may require a 50 amp breaker. You can use a cord rated for a maximum of 50 amps with a 40 amp breaker but you cannot use a 40 amp cord with a 50 amp breaker. Also this range will accept a 3 wire or 4 wire cord all depending on what you already have for an outlet. If you are looking at a brand new installation including wiring I would go with the 4 wire. If your breaker box is wired properly. It provides another level of protection from stray currents.
Yes. When you press the bake button, the temp is automatically set at 350. You then use the number pad to input the temp you want. Then press the Start button. As the oven heats up, the display will show the temp periodically as it is rising. When the desired temp is reached the oven will beep just once and show the desired temp.

Hi there, BayAreaHOA - Great question! To clean Black Slate, we recommend using a soft microfiber cloth and warm soapy water (dish soap). Cerama Bryte Appliance cleaner can be used. Do not use soap-filled scouring pads, abrasive cleaners containing bleach and/or abrasive cloths or paper towels. Use of these types of products may scratch and/or dull the finish. We hope this helps. Additional cleaning tips can be found on our website. Thanks for checking! -Mikayla@GEA
Hello PatriciaAnn, Thank you so much for reaching out. A broiler pan is not included with the range and must be purchased separately. We do hope this helps. Stay in touch. Mike@GEA
