Hey dee, congratulations on your brand new range! We apologize that the owner's manual isn't available on this webpage. We're happy to help answer this question. Only use broil safe cookware when using Air Fry mode. A dark sheet pan is recommended and a dark pan promotes better browning and crisping. Oven baking baskets and baking grids can also be used. A sheet pan should be placed on the rack below the foods to catch any drippings when using a baking basket. You can find more information about the air fry on page 16 of the owner's manual here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000831.pdf - We hope this is helpful! If you have any other questions about your range, you can reach out to us via e-mail through the Contact Us page on our website and a member of our team will be glad to help. - Guy@GEA
