30 in. Single Electric Wall Oven Self-Cleaning with Steam in Stainless Steel

Oven for the most part works fine and is aesthetically pleasing however, every time I use the self cleaning feature per the manual, I have to get a new part for the oven. The first time it was used I had to get a new door lock as it fried the original. Used it agin this morning and it shattered the glass on the door costing me even more money. Maybe mine is a one off issue but I am extremely disappointed considering the cost of the oven.

Replaced GE with GE. Installation was essentially plug and play. Wireless hookup was effortless. The oven works incredible. The improvement in technology from the old oven to the new is remarkable. I have already recommended it to several friends.

This oven worked for exactly 3 months before it started throwing error codes. After a month of intermittent error codes it went in to full "arrest" and would not stop beeping. No amount of "press cancel to clear" (see photo) worked. We finally had to turn it off at the breaker. I have been without an oven for three weeks with no resolution is sight. Save your money.............buy anything but a GE.

Why did the engineering of this product generate a CURVED top edge instead of a STRAIGHT top edge to the product? When you mount it UNDER a countertop the top edge doen't run paralell to the countertop. Also, no GE part is available to cover the 4 inch open space from the bottom of the unit to the top of the base cabinet's toe kick/cove base as the unit is shorter that the unit it replaced!

It comes with a Never scrub feature; it can be cleaned 2 ways; 30 minutes steam cleaning or 5-hour heavy self-cleaning. The racks are heavy-duty and it is of great quality. Monitoring and operating the oven from anywhere using the GE Appliances Kitchen app.(Kitchen-GE Appliances) is very easy. Scan-to-cook - Prepare your favorite packaged foods to perfection simply by scanning the barcode on the package with your smartphone and letting your oven adjust settings automatically is an ultra-modern feature to make life easier. The Glass control panel touch controls can set temperatures quickly and clean it easily. The 10-pass hidden bake element is another new technology which makes even baking and quick cleanup if needed with just wiping off the bottom surface. The 8-pass broil element is more effective in full broil coverage and even browning from edge to edge. Overall a great product from the well trusted, the Good Old GE company; I like it very much!

I have not had this oven for even a month before it went out. When it was in the self-cleaning mode, an error (F96 or F94) came up and it started beeping. I turned off oven at the breaker, waited a few minutes, then turned it back on. The oven will not heat and I have to wait several weeks for replacement parts to fix it. Very disappointed in this product!

Received it in time for Thanksgiving and it was worth the purchase.

Installation was straightforward and easy. Will enjoy the extra space on the racks. Our older model racks turned up about and inch and a half high which limited our pizza pan size. Not anymore!
