The Deep Rinse option must be selected for the fabric softener to release properly in the cycle and to ensure clothes are rinsed free of detergent, fabric softener and stubborn soils. This option is located to the right of the Auto Soak option.       A:  Hi Wb - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing Model # GTW750CSLWS. We are sorry to hear the washer does not start and displays Sensing and H20 Supply. We are happy to help. "Sensing" load size and type before and during fill is normal. H2O SUPPLY is indicating the washer can not sense water level (valves possibly turned off). Check your house water supply. Did you forget to turn on one or both supply valves after installation or coming back from vacation? As soon as the message starts to scroll, the washer will initiate a 4 minute lockout period. The washer controls won’t respond/change during this time. After the 4 minutes, you can begin your cycle again. If you try to bypass the lock-out period by unplugging the washer, the 4 minute timer will start over again.         A:  I think it is need of repair. Mine doesn’t act like this. We found GE Customer Service to be pretty good when we had to call them for our dryer. Good luck.

If you choose Tap Cold and hot water enters the washer, we suggest to make sure the Hot and Cold hoses are not reversed. The hoses are marked with letters "H" for HOT and "C" for Cold (All other water temperatures use a mix of hot and cold water to achieve a target water temperature). Check the water valve screen for a clog. Also, one half of the water valve can fail and only hot or cold will come into the washer.             A:  Hi Dugan530 - Yes, if it is desired to manually add detergent for a load, that detergent will need to be added directly to the basket, and the smart dispense set to OFF for that particular load.               Great Machine Until It Explodes
              We purchased this machine June 18, 2019. It worked great, until last night. It literally exploded! It sounded like a plane crashed into our laundry room. It dented our wall, and the sides of the machine are now bent and the drum inside is off center. It blew the dial right off the machine! We were washing bed sheets and it was on it's final spin cycle when it literally exploded, and now it's damaged beyond repair. I would avoid this machine.

                This washer is crap! I’m disgusted! It doesn’t balance the load even though I very carefully evenly distribute the clothes when loading. I have to, with almost every load, stop the washer mid cycle and redistribute. It balls the clothes, especially sheets and towels, into a dome with smaller items inside the dome. Then, once the cycle is complete the clothes are sopping wet and I have to put them through the rinse and drain cycle again. I bought this because GE used to make good reliable products. NOT ANY MORE!!

                  Great investment
                  Runs well, spin dries really well. Has held up to multiple washes a day for 3 years.
                    Leave clothes dirtier than when they went in.
                    This washer leaves my clothes dirtier than when I put them in. I've cleaned the washer, bought washing machine products and nothing has helped. I also can't leave home while washing towels, sheets, or anything bulky, even on the bulky cycle because eventually, it becomes off balanced and the washer has nearly walked out of the laundry room. I love the way the washer looks but it has turned into a nightmare. I'm writing this review as I am washing a pair of pants for the 3rd cycle today. I've added a few pictures I've taken as I complain to my husband as proof of why I need a new washer, even though I have a new washer.

                          Hate this washer
                          This machine does not wash clothes well and leaves residue on clothing no matter how little detergent I use. Even after rewashing a load with no detergent, the residue remains. The top load design simply doesn't work to clean the clothes without an agitator. The drum rotates, but the clothes basically stay where they are. Would not recommend this style of washer to anyone. Complete waste of money.

                            Washing Machine never filled properly
                            Only had it for a few years not long enough that it should be broken. First wash it never filled proper amount of water to cover clothes we have to keep selecting "fill" until there is enough water to wash. Now it will not spin and drain. Never could place a large amount of clothes in the washer because the water fill issue. I have a friend who also have the same washer with the same issue of water not covering clothes water fill issue. I would not recommend this product.

Please try resetting the washer and see if this helps. https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17391 All new washing machines manufactured today must meet Federal energy guidelines regarding the amount of water they can use. The minimum water used is 20.0 gallons and the maximum water used is 30 gallons. We recommend selecting Deep Fill to get the maximum amount of water into the tub. Also it's a good idea to , set the washer on "Bulky", close the lid, and let the washer fill uninterrupted. Another suggestion is to close the lid as quickly as you can because as the washer is filling, the basket will turn to ensure that all the clothing gets saturated with water. It's also a good idea to use the Deep Water Rinse, even if you aren't using Fabric Softener. We hope this is helpful. If you have any questions in the future, please let us know.
