Q:I have a brand new dryer and the first time I used it, it sounded like there were rocks in the drum instead of clothing.

    Q:On the dryer settings where it has time up to 90 is this supposed to light up too?I push the buttons and nothing happens. Everything else lights up. Just received it and checking it all out.

Make sure that the main cycle dial is turned to Timed Dry, then you should see the lights illuminate on the Time section of the control panel.       Q:I need to know at what temperature does each setting reach? I need a dryer that can kill fleas which has to be running at 140F.

      A:  Hi, This is a very good question, and we're happy to help! The internal temperature range specifications for our current dryer operating thermostats are as follows: Low heat (delicate/gentle) - 125 degrees F., Medium (permanent press) and High heat (normal/cottons) - 135 degrees F. Medium and High Heat have the same outlet thermostat temperature set points; however, their technical applications are different. Thanks for checking with us.             Much faster than old one
            I have a Sense energy monitor, and while this one uses about 1000 more watts, it dries twice as fast. And I did not know this has optional wifi adapter (PBX23W00Y0)! I just set up a smart home so that will be fun trinket to add someday. Also, you can turn the light on while it's drying so the kids can watch. Yea, the kids. ;)

              Great size product amazingly low price ..
              I couldn’t wait for my appliances to arrive at home so that I could start to use them. Yet once they arrive it was a better fit and color than I could have imagined.. Once I started washing I not only saved myself a trip to the laundromat but also now save time and money.

                    Bad purchase
                    Less than 6 months old and simply will not turn on.  No lights on panel. And unable  to find any troubleshooting. It is not power source. So disappointed!

Even though you don't believe the issue is power related, please go ahead and flip the breaker and unplug the unit for at least 5 minutes.
