I was looking for a light to put in my utility room. There's an overhead light, but that won't help the cats when they want to use the litter box. All the plugs in the room were occupied by the washer and dryer, so I had a night light in the hall. That didn't offer much, and even though cats have a great night vision and can make do in low-light situations, I wanted to provide a better set up for them. I wanted, but did not expect, to find something long-lasting and motion activated, so I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled onto this. It works perfectly and I have it sitting along the wall so it's triggered when one of the cats walks in to use their box. You can choose the light level, and even the lowest setting is rather bright. I don't know that it's attractive enough to use in my living space (unless you are putting it in your door as a security measure), but it's perfect where it is.

Pro: Nice, warm white light. My shower didn't have a light. Knowing the light wasn't waterproof I mounted it behind and beneath my fixed shower head knowing it would never spray water directly on the light. I set the light to its dimmest level and still received a more than ample amount of warm light by which to enjoy hot, sprayed water. Love the sensitive touch switch too as well as fact that light automatically turn itself off after 60 minutes if you would rather not touch it with a wet finger. FYI, make sure you use batteries that are all the same. Light did not turn on when I mixed new and rechargeable batteries.
Con: Had to create my own template to mount the light, it took me 45 minute and now its off center. Don't understand why they didn't spend 2 cents to include a mounting template from one of their already in existence engineering drawings. Dropped 1 star because mounting template not included. However, this issue does not negate the fact that this is a really good light with an attractive design and I'm glad I bought it.

A little pricey for what is basically a LED flashlight, but price is the only thing that keeps me from giving this light a 5 star rating. This is very bright and installs in a couple of minutes. It is cordless and conceals easily. Touch sensor "on-off" switch was a real hit with my wife who is the primary user.

Eats batteries and doesn't come with any either!
This light take 6 batteries and then it doesn't last long before you have to replace. Returned it after the fist set of batteries died in a couple weeks of limited use.
